Understanding Filter Stats
See how many segments are being filtered and what categories they fall into.
Filter count on the player
The Filters button on the Now Playing screen shows how many filters are on for this title, for example "Filters (77)". On Android the count appears as a badge. Tap it to open the filter sheet and see the details.
Without Premium, the button shows how many filters were found, for example "Filters (77 found)", with a lock, because filters only skip with Premium or the free trial.
Book-level and chapter-level stats
The top of the filter sheet shows how many of the book's filters are on, such as "77 of 166 Filters", with a summary like "77 segments across 21 chapters, 3m 31s (0.8%) will be skipped." The percentage is the share of the book's runtime that your settings skip.
Each category row shows how many of its segments are on, such as 57/57 for Profanity. The By Chapter section breaks the same counts down chapter by chapter.
This helps you see the effect of your choices before you listen. If a large share of a book would be skipped, you might adjust your severity levels for that title.
