Reporting Missing Filters
Heard something that should have been filtered? Here's how to report it so we can fix it.

When to report
If you hear something during playback that matches one of your filter categories but wasn't skipped, that moment wasn't tagged. It's rare, but no review process catches everything.
Your reports improve AudioHaven for everyone. A report sends the area you flagged back for a focused second look.
How to report
Tap "Report" on the Now Playing screen, then choose "Missing or incorrect filter." The form opens with your current chapter and timestamp already filled in.
You can add a short note about what you heard, such as "strong language around here," but it's optional. The timestamp is enough for our team to find it.
Submit the report. The area around your timestamp is reviewed again, and a reviewer confirms any new filters before they go live.
What happens after you report
The section around your timestamp is screened again to catch anything missed the first time. A human reviewer confirms every new filter before it goes live.
Once confirmed, the new filters apply for everyone on their next listen. If you have notifications on, you'll hear back when your report is resolved.
Rate limiting
To prevent accidental spam, you can send up to 5 reports per hour. Each report covers a broad area, so nearby moments are usually caught together.
Reporting other problems
For anything that isn't a filter, tap "Report" and choose "Something else isn't working" to send a bug report.
