Requesting filters for a book or episode
If an audiobook or podcast episode in AudioHaven doesn't have filters yet, open its page and tap "Request Filtering" ("Request Filter" on Android). The button changes to "Filter Requested" so you know it went through.
You can keep listening without filters while you wait. If you have notifications on, AudioHaven tells you when filters are ready.
Getting filters for a book you imported
If a book you imported doesn't match our filter catalog, open it and tap "Upload for filtering" in the Filters card. We make filters for your copy, a person reviews every one, and we let you know when they're ready.
Asking for a book that isn't in AudioHaven
If you can't find a book at all, email support@audiohaven.app with the title and author. Requests help us decide what to screen next.
How requests are prioritized
Titles that more people request move up the screening queue. We also consider whether the audio is available to us.
