Filter Status for Imported Books
What the filter status on an imported book means, and what to do if no filters are found.

What is matching?
When you import a book, AudioHaven compares it with the filter catalog to find the same title and edition. A match means filters already exist for that book and will apply to your copy when you play it. Matching uses the book's details, chapters, and length.
What each status means
"Filters available" means your copy matched and filters are ready. On a free account this reads "Filters available with subscription."
"Looking for filters" means AudioHaven is still checking. "Building filters" means the book is being screened now.
"Edition not supported" means your copy is a different edition from the one we filtered, so the timestamps wouldn't line up. The book's page may say which narrator our filters are for. "No match found" means the book isn't in the filter catalog yet.
Statuses for a book you uploaded
"Uploading" means your file is on its way to us, with a percentage while it uploads. "Processing" means the book is being screened. "In review" means a person on our team is checking every filter before it goes live.
"Upload failed" means the upload didn't finish. Open the book to try again. "Upload cancelled" means you or AudioHaven stopped the upload, and your filter credit was refunded.
What to do if no filters are found
You can still listen without filters. Open the book and find the Filters card, which says "No filters for this edition yet."
If you know the exact title, author, or narrator, tap "Add details" and fill in what you know, such as the ISBN, the ASIN or Audible link, or the purchase link. Saving the details starts a new match, and if we find the book you won't need to upload it.
To have us make filters for your copy, tap "Upload for filtering." It uses one filter credit, or none if someone is already processing the same edition.
