Account Issues
Login problems, email verification, and account access.
Can't log in
Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password. Email addresses are case-insensitive, so capitalization doesn't matter.
If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
If you created your account with Sign in with Apple, sign in on an Apple device. The Android app can't sign in to an Apple account.
Verification code not arriving
Check your spam or junk folder, since verification emails sometimes get filtered. You can tap "Resend Code" to request a new verification email.
Make sure you entered your email address correctly during registration. If you made a typo, you'll need to create a new account with the correct email.
Account locked or suspended
If you're unable to access your account and aren't receiving password reset emails, contact our support team at support@audiohaven.app for assistance.
