Download Issues
Downloads failing, stuck, or taking too long.

Download stuck or failed
If a download appears stuck, check your internet connection. Downloads pause automatically when you lose connectivity and resume when the connection returns.
If a download failed, try it again from the downloads view. It picks up where it stopped instead of starting over.
Downloads are slow
Download speed depends on your internet connection, and cellular is often slower than Wi-Fi. A few downloads run at a time and the rest wait in the queue.
Downloads use Wi-Fi by default. If you're away from Wi-Fi, turn on "Download over Cellular" in Settings, then Your Content, then Manage Storage.
Not enough storage
If downloads fail because your device is full, go to Settings, then Your Content, then Manage Storage to see how much space AudioHaven uses. Remove downloads you've finished to free up space.
Audiobook sizes vary a lot. A short book might be 50 MB while a long one can be over 1 GB.
