Filter Issues
Filters not working, wrong content being skipped, or filters not appearing.

Filters aren't skipping anything
First, check that filtering is active. Filters skip only with Premium or the free trial. If the Filters button on the Now Playing screen shows a lock or says "found", filtering isn't active on your account.
Then check your settings. Tap Filters on the Now Playing screen to open the filter sheet and make sure the categories and severity levels you want are turned on for this title.
It's also possible that the chapter you're listening to genuinely has no tagged content matching your filters. Not every chapter has filterable content.
Wrong content is being skipped
If content is being skipped that you don't think should be, check your filter settings. You may have a category enabled that you didn't intend, or a severity level (Mild, Moderate, or Severe) turned on that you'd rather leave off.
Also check for a per-title override. Open the filter sheet from the player. If it says "Customized for this title", this book has its own settings, and you can tap Reset to go back to your defaults.
Filters not available for a title
Some titles haven't been screened yet. Tap "Request Filtering" on the book or episode to move it up the screening queue. For a book you imported, tap "Upload for filtering" on its page. See "Requesting New Content" for details.
For podcasts, new episodes may have a delay between release and filter availability, as each episode needs to go through the screening pipeline.
Filter data seems outdated
Filter data is saved on your device for offline use. If filters change, for example after a report, the saved data updates when you're online. Try closing and reopening the book to refresh it.
